Your new company: You will work for a UK-leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that operates across architecture, building surveying, project management, quantity surveying and sustainability.

Your new role: The successful candidate will support the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects, while also undertaking professional duties such as surveys, inspections, condition assessments, dilapidations and technical reporting. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, they will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management and delivery of construction and refurbishment projects.
  • Undertaking building inspections, surveys and condition assessments.
  • Preparing specifications, schedules of work and technical reports.
  • Supporting contract administration and project monitoring activities.
  • Assisting with professional building surveying services, including dilapidations, defects analysis and planned maintenance programmes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree qualified, or working towards a degree, in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Working towards, or keen to pursue, professional chartership (MRICS).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to develop technical and project management expertise.
