We are looking for an Accounting specialist to lead on and deliver A level Accounting for September 2026.

The Department

The Sixth Form Directorate is a supportive and ambitious department staffed by a cohesive team who work together to achieve excellent outcomes for our KS5 students. We work hard to ensure our students achieve their full potential whilst at Broadway Academy, preparing them for their next steps after sixth form.

The Post

We are looking for an enthusiastic educationalist with the initiative, ambition and drive to develop, lead on and deliver 'A' level Accounting from September 2026. You will have:

  • Excellent subject knowledge in Accounting
  • The ability and experience to design, plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum that promotes strong academic progress
  • Proven teaching success at KS4 and 5 and outstanding classroom management skills.
  • High expectations of students and a commitment to monitoring student progress closely, providing clear and actionable feedback
  • The ability to challenge, support, and motivate our students to succeed
  • Evidence of adding capital to students through extracurricular enrichment.
