An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit & Accounts Associate Director to join a leading accountancy firm's Liverpool office. This senior leadership position offers the chance to shape the future of the firm's audit and accounts services while driving business growth and delivering strategic value to clients. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and expand a diverse portfolio of audit and accounts clients, delivering expert, commercially focused advice across sectors. You'll play a key part in driving new business through networking and referrals, while contributing to strategic planning initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and profitability. As a leader, you'll coach and develop a high-performing team, oversee workflow and resource planning, and ensure the delivery of high-quality client engagements that help organisations navigate complex challenges with confidence. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical expertise in audit and accounts within practice.
