Your new company is a leading international organisation seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join its finance team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global business supporting critical billing and financial operations.
Your new role involves managing the end-to-end billing process, including invoice preparation, adjustments, and reporting. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing queries, maintain customer and contract data, support month-end processes, and ensure accuracy and compliance (including VAT standards). Additionally, you will assist with system testing and ad hoc finance tasks.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Native/business-level Japanese and fluent English (desired but not essential)
- Previous billing or finance experience
