New Events Administrative role based in Bicester, looking for an immediate start. Office-based Events role - 9am - 5.30pm, 37.50 hours per week. 4-6 month interim contract. Based in North Oxford. Ideal for someone with access to a car.

Your new company is a leading UK business focused on shaping the future of mobility, bringing together expertise across automotive, aviation and advanced engineering. The organisation supports the development of next-generation transport technologies while working with industry-leading partners and brands.

Your new role involves acting as the first point of contact for all events and internal queries, managing communications via phone and email. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the events calendar, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and up to date. This includes coordinating and managing smaller events, as well as liaising with a range of internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and to plan.

In addition, you will provide financial administrative support, including raising purchase orders, tracking invoices and supporting the onboarding of new suppliers.
