Your new company is a reputable Northern Ireland based company who require a Site Engineer for large scale residential schemes across North Down and Greater Belfast. Established 20+ years ago, the company is an award-winning developer with an impressive portfolio of completed developments across the UK and Ireland. With a number of large-scale projects currently underway locally, this role will see you based in ideal locations around Greater Belfast and avail of a competitive company package.
This role will see the successful candidate responsible for supervising the development of large-scale housing sites through to completion, ensuring that programme, quality and cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the site team and sub-contractors. You will be responsible for setting out drainage, kerb lines and foundations.
Applicants must be degree qualified or have suitable experience as an Engineer on residential or commercial builds; however, experience in differing sectors will be considered. Our client is seeking to employ a qualified Site Engineer who is fully aware of recent health and safety legislation, capable of setting out and holding attention to detail to the highest regard and is capable of completing work on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
