You will be joining a well-established and busy office environment that values efficiency, organisation and strong customer service. This is a fully office-based role with no remote working, offering a stable and supportive setting with clear processes and day-to-day variety.

Your new role

As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and acting as a first point of contact for clients. Working Monday to Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm. Your duties will include:

  • Handling inbound phone calls from customers
  • Monitoring and responding to inbound emails
  • Accurate data input and processing using CRM systems
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Dispatching technicians and supporting scheduling activities
  • Document handling, filing and general administration
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

No prior industry experience is required.
