We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Grounds Person to join a busy maintenance and environmental services team operating throughout the East Belfast area. This long-term contract offers stable work for a motivated individual with experience in grounds works, paving, kerbing, and general external maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship while maintaining safe working practices at all times. Proven experience working as a Grounds Person or in a similar role. Flagging and paving Full UK Driving Licence. Strong work ethic and a flexible attitude towards duties and locations. Experience within social housing, public sector, or property maintenance environments. Additional skills in fencing, drainage, concreting, or landscaping. Carry out flagging and paving repairs and installations. Carry out basic concreting and external maintenance tasks. Company Van Paid Weekly Possibility of permanent position.
