Freelance Quantity Surveyor (PQS) required on a part-time basis by a consultancy.

The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established and busy construction consultancy based in Belfast, to recruit a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on a temporary contract / freelance basis to assist with a peak in workload.

Working as part of a larger projects team on x2 retail fit-out projects, you will provide pre-contract QS services to include:

  • Work is available immediately for an experienced individual who can provide freelance support.
  • You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with a demonstrable track record of providing cost management input on building projects as outlined above.
  • A competitive hourly rate is available which will be paid weekly by Hays for all hours worked via BACS transfer.
  • The client is offering a good degree of flexibility and is open to hiring an individual to work remotely and on a part-time basis, 1-2 days per week.
