We're looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join a growing and innovative business, supporting the development and delivery of connected solutions across the UK market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical background and customer-facing experience who wants to develop their product expertise while working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development teams.
The Role
As a Junior Product Specialist, you'll become a subject-matter expert across a range of innovative products and digital platforms. You'll support customers, partners, and internal teams with technical guidance, demonstrations, training, and product-related insights, while helping shape future product development through valuable market and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical product support to commercial teams, including tender responses
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
- Work closely with development teams to communicate customer and market requirements
- Support product launches and coordinate training initiatives
- Gather and analyse market, customer, and competitor insights
- Assist with product testing, validation, and field trials
- Support the creation of technical product information and launch materials
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product capabilities and enhancements
About You
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IoT, or a related field
- Experience in a Product Specialist, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of technical products
- Confident presenting, training, and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn
