Your new role

Reporting to the People & Organisational Development Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering learning and development initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to identify development needs, design learning solutions and support the delivery of the wider people strategy. Responsibilities will include managing the annual training calendar, supporting leadership and management development programmes, analysing learning oues, overseeing external training providers and contributing to organisational development initiatives. You will also take ownership of performance management processes, learningmunications and reporting, helping to ensure employees and leaders have the skills and support required to succeed.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of three years' experience within a Learning & Development, Organisational Development or related HR environment.

  • Experience working with stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate learning oues and present insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Experience managing projects, programmes or initiatives within a people-focused environment.

  • A minimum HNC qualification or equivalent.

  • Excellentmunication, organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across aplex organisation.
