Your new roleSupporting people data cleansing, validation and governance activitiesPreparing and analysing HR data to support system implementation and transformation projectsProducing regular and ad hoc people reports and management informationSupporting the development and maintenance of dashboards and visual reportingWorking closely with HR, IT and project teams to improve data accuracy and reporting capabilitiesIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-makingWork closely with project teams to support HCM implementation activities, ensuring workforce data is cleansed, validated and migration-readyWhat you'll need to succeed Experience working with HR, workforce, payroll or people dataStrong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and data reconciliationExperience producing reports, dashboards or management informationComfortable analysing large datasets and identifying trends and anomaliesStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate data insights clearlyExperience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools would be advantageousPrevious involvement in HR systems, data migration or transformation projects would be highly beneficialWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
