As Investment Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing a segment of the organisation's global investment portfolio. You will provide strategic and technical advice to senior stakeholders and the governing Committee, supporting informed decision-making on investment strategies and performance.

Your new role:

  • Monitoring and reporting on investment performance, fund managers and associated costs
  • Providing high-quality investment advice and analysis to senior leadership and Committee members
  • Managing relationships with external providers including custodians, fund managers and advisors
  • Supporting the development and implementation of responsible investment practices
  • Leading on performance analytics, liquidity management and asset transitions
  • Identifying and mitigating investment risks, including sanctioned holdings and ESG exposures
  • Contributing to governance, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Line management and development of a direct report

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent (or working towards)
  • Strong experience in financial/investment analysis, including performance monitoring and reporting
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, asset allocation and performance measurement
  • Experience managing or developing staff
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills, including presenting complex information to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and engage effectively at senior/board level
