Your new role As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-end residential projects from concept through to completion. Working alongside senior designers, you will contribute to the development of design schemes, mood boards, and material palettes, ensuring a consistent and cohesive design narrative across each project. You will be involved in preparing drawings and technical packages, working across layouts, bespoke joinery, and interior detailing, while also supporting client presentations and supplier coordination. This role offers excellent exposure to luxury residential projects and the opportunity to develop both your creative and technical skillset in a highly design-led environment.
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you will be a passionate Interior Designer with between 1-5 years' experience, ideally gained within high-end residential projects. You will demonstrate a strong design eye, with a portfolio that showcases attention to detail, spatial awareness, and materiality. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, alongside experience in Adobe Creative Suite and ideally 3D visualisation tools. Strong communication skills are important, as you will be working within a collaborative team environment and contributing to client-facing work. A genuine interest in luxury interiors, trends, and bespoke detailing will be key to succeeding in this role.
