Your new company Hays are partnering exclusively with a leading UK and Ireland organisation to recruit an HR Advisor for their established people team. Your new role As HR Advisor, you will support managers across a multi-site operation, providing expert guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and probation issues, while ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, coach managers through people challenges and contribute to wider HR initiatives including policy reviews, training, organisational change and continuous improvement projects. What you'll need to succeed CIPD qualified or working towards qualification. Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently from start to finish. Strong knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management processes. Experience partnering with managers and influencing stakeholders at different levels. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. What you'll get in return Salary of approximately Β£38,000 plus Β£4,000 car allowance. Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Competitive pension scheme.
