A growing organisation is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support its ongoing ERP and digital transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level analyst to work closely with stakeholders, improving processes, supporting a D365 ERP platform, and helping deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology - from requirements gathering and process mapping through to UAT, training and reporting support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and improve business processes
  • Support and enhance a D365 ERP system
  • Assist with UAT, test planning and issue resolution
  • Deliver end-user training and support
  • Contribute to reporting and data quality improvements

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A structured approach to process analysis and documentation
  • Desirable: Exposure to Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Experience supporting business systems in a live environment
