A well-established construction business based in Belfast is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to support continued growth across public and private sector projects. The organisation has a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, complex construction works.

As Bid Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end bid process, coordinating internal teams to produce high-quality, compliant submissions. You will be responsible for managing tenders from PQQ/ITT stage through to final submission, ensuring key deadlines are met and bid quality is consistently high.
