As part of their continued investment in asset performance, maintenance excellence and long-term infrastructure planning, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Asset Manager to join their Engineering team. \n Your new role \n Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical & Electrical Asset Manager will be responsible for the strategic management of the organisation's M&E asset portfolio, ensuring assets deliver optimum performance throughout their lifecycle while balancing cost, risk and operational requirements. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, overseeing maintenance and capital investment plans, managing budgets and contracts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety requirements. \n Developing and implementing M&E asset lifecycle strategies to maximise asset value and performance. Managing maintenance, renewal and capital investment programmes across a diverse asset base. Establishing robust budgeting, forecasting and financial control processes. Leading procurement activities, contract management and supplier performance reviews.
