An established organisation with a strong presence across the region is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary maternity cover basis until mid-January 2027.

As Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Raising orders
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Updating internal systems
  • Preparing reports
  • Supporting meetings and taking minutes
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies, GDPR and quality standards

This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring flexibility, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and at least 1 year’s relevant administrative/reception experience or 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team, meeting tight deadlines and managing your workload effectively
  • Experience dealing with challenging customer situations (desirable)
  • Experience processing purchase orders and invoices (desirable)
