A respected charitable organisation based in Belfast City Centre is seeking an experienced Audit & Data Administrator to support a key incorporation project. This is a unique opportunity to join the organisation on a 12-week temporary assignment and play an integral role in ensuring the accurate collation and management of information required for the incorporation process.

Reporting to senior members of the team, you will assist with gathering, reviewing and organising information and documentation required for the incorporation of the organisation. You will work across multiple systems, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with colleagues to ensure records are accurate, complete and readily available.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collating information and supporting documentation required for incorporation activities
  • Uploading data and documents to various systems and databases
  • Reviewing records and identifying any discrepancies or missing information
  • Liaising with colleagues across the organisation to obtain outstanding documents and data
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records
  • Supporting audit and compliance-related activities
  • Ensuring all information is processed accurately and in line with project deadlines

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience within an audit, administration, compliance or similar environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience in data collation, data verification and data entry
  • Sage experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation
