A respected not-for-profit organisation is urgently seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and preparing schedules for Board, Committee, and Residents’ Meetings
  • Preparing and issuing agendas in partnership with Committee Chairs
  • Taking accurate minutes and distributing them promptly
  • Managing and instructing contractors as required
  • Raising and processing contracts against approved purchase orders
  • Coordinating advertisements and notices
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with the local Council

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Office Manager or administrative leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently

On-site parking and flexible working hours available. Immediate start available. Temporary to permanent opportunity, 30–35 hours per week (flexible depending on the candidate).
