This is far more than a BAU accounting role. You'll play a key role in upgrading systems, improving processes, driving automation and developing better MI, alongside delivering a robust month-end and controls environment. We're looking for someone who: Is a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong Financial Controller experience Has worked in an SME or fast-paced, growing business Has a strong track record of improving finance systems, processes and controls Is comfortable being hands-on, while also looking at the bigger picture Enjoys fixing problems, implementing change and making finance more efficient Can work closely with an FD and confidently engage with stakeholders across the business In return our client are able to offer £90k - £100k plus benefits and the opportunity to make an impact in a high profile role.
