What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll ideally hold a degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline and be MRICS certified, or working towards Chartership. You'll have gained experience within a consultancy environment and be confident delivering a broad range of both professional and project-focused surveying services.
You'll possess strong technical knowledge, including experience administering JCT contracts and managing projects from inception through to completion. The ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and wider project teams will be essential, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware surveyor who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will have strong specification writing skills, a client-focused approach, and the confidence to take ownership of projects while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
