As an Interim Indirect Tax Specialist, you will act as the central point of contact for e-invoicing and digital VAT initiatives across Poland, France, and Germany. This role carries a clear emphasis on Polish VAT compliance and the implementation of the KSeF framework.
You will take ownership of VAT reporting processes, ensuring full compliance while also driving improvements in data quality and automation within a SAP environment. Working cross-functionally, you will coordinate e-invoicing mandates, manage the integration of customs (import VAT) flows into reporting, and deliver robust reconciliations and variance analysis.
You will be a seasoned interim tax professional with demonstrable experience across Polish VAT and KSeF implementation:
- Proven experience managing Polish VAT reporting and compliance
- Solid SAP expertise, with a focus on data integrity and automation
- Fluency in English is essential, with Polish highly advantageous
