Its Court of Protection team is widely respected within the market and is recognised in the Legal 500 for delivering exceptional client service and technical expertise.

The team advises vulnerable individuals, their families, trustees, beneficiaries and professional advisers on a broad range of matters arising from catastrophic personal injury and serious brain injury claims, often involving substantial compensation awards.
