As a Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships, ensuring clients receive the best-in-class experience. No two days will be the same, and you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional service.
Your Role - Client Account Manager
- Client Relationship Management
- Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Understanding client needs and aligning solutions to meet their objectives
- Ensuring a seamless, positive customer journey from end to end
- Strategic Planning & Delivery
- Translating business strategy into clear, prioritised, and achievable plans
- Making informed trade-off decisions when time, budget or capacity constraints arise
- Challenging activity that is misaligned with agreed strategy or unlikely to deliver meaningful value
- Supporting long-term account growth through proactive planning and communication
- Event & Sponsorship Coordination
- Planning and managing major events, sponsorships, and client engagements
- Ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard and in line with strategic objectives
- Performance & Analytics
- Demonstrating a strong analytical mindset focused on performance, pipeline influence and ROI
- Reviewing data to provide insight, recommendations, and actions to improve outcomes
- Monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for growth or optimisation
