Friday - 7:45am - 17:15pm - 9 Hours Saturday - 09:00-17:00pm - 7.5 Hours Sunday - 09:00-17:00pm - 7.5 Hours

The Role
You'll play a vital part in keeping our community clean, safe, and welcoming.
As a Recycling Operative, you'll work outdoors in all weather, carrying out essential services that directly improve the environment and daily life of local residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Public interaction - Engage politely and professionally with members of the public during daily rounds.
- Team collaboration - Work closely with colleagues to complete routes efficiently and safely.
- Vehicle and equipment use - Operate tools and equipment as required, following all safety procedures.
Essential Experience & Requirements
- Outdoor manual work in paid employment, including heavy lifting of items over 16kg for more than 50% of a working day.
- Working in all weather conditions - rain, wind, heat, and cold.
- Face‑to‑face public interaction - confident, polite, and helpful communication.
- Teamwork experience in a practical, hands‑on environment.
- Good level of physical fitness and the ability to work safely at all times.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can‑do attitude.
