We're currently recruiting for a reliable Fabric Technician / Painter & Decorator for a static site in Oxford (OX3). This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can support general fabric maintenance alongside painting and decorating duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Painting and decorating across the site (internal and external)
- Basic fabric maintenance - patch repairs, minor carpentry, fixing doors, locks, etc.
- General upkeep of the building to a high standard
- Supporting the wider maintenance team when needed
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in painting and decorating
- Background in fabric maintenance / maintenance person work
- Good eye for detail and quality finishes
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Own tools preferred
