This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established reputable company in Armagh. Due to expansion, this company is recruiting for a office administrator.
This is a full-time permanent job. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm & Friday 8.30am to 2.30. Salary is £29k, plus health insurance and free gym membership.
Your new role
As Office Administrator, duties include:
- Interpreting and understanding our client requirements and assisting with their implementation.
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, voicemails etc.)
- Inputting large amounts of data onto a bespoke IT system.
- Record keeping and analysis.
- Maintaining office supplies and orders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 1 years experience in an administration role, good communication skills and data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
