Your New Role As CNC 5 Axis Setter, you will be responsible for setting and proving out jobs, ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality responsibilities will include: Setting and operating 5 Axis CNC milling machines. Working from engineering drawings, setup sheets and CNC programs. Preparing tooling, fixtures and workholding equipment. Setting tool and work offsets to achieve accurate component manufacture. Proving out new and existing programs safely and efficiently. Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
