A Tier 1 Bank is currently seeking an experienced hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their London-based office within the Markets Operations team. The client is delivering a multi-year, cross-regional transformation programme focused on regulatory reform across post-trade operations and requires support with the delivery and oversight of strategic initiatives.
Job Details:
- Duration - 12 months initial
- Start date - ASAP
- Rate - £700-£750pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Location - London
- Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience in banking, especially within programme delivery or regulatory transformation.
- Proven track record delivering major regulatory change across the European Capital Markets landscape (e.g. CSDR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, MiFID II, Basel III/CRR II).
- Deep understanding of post-trade operations, including trade capture, margining, settlement, reporting, and controls.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with Markets Operations and Compliance teams and Technology partners across regions.
- Excellent documentation, process mapping and issue tracking.
- Familiarity with global and European market infrastructure (CCPs, CSDs, custodians) and industry groups (e.g. ISDA, ICMA, AFME) is a plus.
