About the Role As an Associate Maintenance Manager , you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations within a leading global pharmaceutical organisation.
This position is responsible for driving maintenance excellence, equipment reliability, continuous improvement initiatives, and asset performance across the manufacturing environment.
Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational teams, you will help ensure assets operate safely, reliably, and compliantly while delivering ongoing improvements in performance and efficiency.
The successful candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with experience in maintenance, asset management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Experience and Skills Required Essential Experience delivering maintenance and process improvement activities within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Relevant Engineering Degree, HNC or equivalent technical qualification.
Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and asset reliability.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), TPM, RCM, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
Understanding of OEE, Pareto analysis, and performance measurement techniques.
Experience supporting production operations with proactive and reactive engineering solutions.
Strong technical report writing and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Desirable Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Understanding of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience with Maintenance Excellence or TPM programmes.
Project management or business process improvement experience.
OCM Change Management experience.
Equipment qualification and validation experience.
Professional Engineering accreditation.
Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing environments.
