Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive building surveys and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage and oversee refurbishment and renovation projects from inception to completion.

  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • MRICS qualification or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in building surveying, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
