Your new company: Maintenance Supervisor is a NEW ROLE built from department growth for a FMCG production company based in Dungannon, CO Tyrone. A very successful site and part of a wider group, they have built an experienced and loyal maintenance team and developed an upskilling programme that has engagement and retention at an all-time high for the team. The plant is large and offers education and challenge and this role retains your experience close to the equipment but gives you a step-up into management experience.

Your new role: Delegating the team and making decisions to prioritise work will feature heavily as a first point of contact on the floor. You'll report to the Maintenance Manager and work with the coordinator to deliver department efficiency improvements. Working with contractors and suppliers will be an important aspect of the role.
