Assistant Estate Manager
My client is seeking a dedicated Estates and Property Manager to join our team, working closely with the Head of Estates and Estate Manager. This role involves the daily management of operations and facilities at our strategic development sites, primarily focusing on residential areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and support estate management standards and strategies.
- Manage property assets and infrastructure, including leases, renewals, disposals, and fit-out works.
- Assist in stakeholder management, including third-party landowners and Joint Venture partners.
- Monitor property-related compliance issues and manage early on-site community facilities.
- Oversee security, landscape, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain databases and records for all properties.
- Manage financial budgets for estate services and building charges.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Liaise with insurers and ensure adequate insurance coverage.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Promote energy efficiency and environmental sustainability across the estate.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous exposure to property management and agency is desirable.
- Post A-level/BTEC qualification required; degree education preferable.
- Full driving license.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and time management.
