Your new company My client are an exciting scale-up in the consumer healthcare space. With a solid foundation of over 10 years of operations and highly-reviewed products, they are looking for an Assistant eCommerce Manager to support the merchandising and optimisation of multiple international eCommerce sites. This is a permanent role, working hybrid (3 days a week) from their offices in Berkshire.

Your new role As Assistant eCommerce Manager, you will play a key role in maximising sales, improving website conversion and enhancing the online customer journey across European & North American sites. This will include effective site merchandising, UX/UI optimisation & data analysis/reporting. You'll use data to tell a story - understanding what consumers are doing on-site and testing ways to maximise the journey and encourage purchase. You'll take ownership of the online trading plan, executing site updates in line with merchandising opportunities, as well as analysing the customer journey and exploring site updates and projects such as abandon basket. You will be analysing data and presenting findings, executing site A/B tests and collaborating with colleagues across wider Marketing, Design and Development teams on a day-to-day basis.

What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a proactive and confident eCommerce Executive, Online Merchandiser or Junior eCommerce Manager keen to take on a new opportunity with space for growth and development. You'll demonstrate previous knowledge and experience with the core elements of the role - customer journeys, A/B testing, online merchandising and trading activities, and data analytics, as well as having a passion and interest in getting under the skin of data to understand consumers and how to meet their needs. You'll have the communication skills to be able to liaise with internal and external teams, and the confidence to present findings and business cases for development opportunities.

What you'll get in return You'll receive a salary of between £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience, and a package including performance-related bonus, 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, and a company pension scheme. You will work from their Bracknell offices 3 days a week, with free on-site parking and walkable from the station, balanced with 2 days of home working per week.
