Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a South Lincolnshire organisation to recruit an Assistant Accountant.
Your new role
Reporting to the Accountant, you will deal with banking and bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments, general/nominal ledger posting, control accounts, payroll journals, sales ledger and aged debt reports, VAT returns, assisting with payroll administration/pension queries and supporting with audit.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a part or qualified AAT Technician with proven finance experience up to nominal ledger. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good IT and Excel capabilities. You will be a great team player and be happy to cover for team holidays and sickness. You will be living in commutable distance of South Lincolnshire as the role requires an office presence 3 days a week.
