Key Duties and Responsibilities: – Compiling Key Performance Indicators to support divisional management. – Aiding in the month-end close process and preparing monthly management accounts. – Reconciling intercompany transactions within the group. – Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations. – Gathering information to support the financial year-end process for the division. – Assisting with the credit control process. – Contributing to the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts. – Preparing VAT and Intrastat returns, as well as other necessary statistical declarations. – Delivering ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as required. About you: – Advanced proficiency in Windows-based software, including Microsoft Excel. – Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment. – Partially qualified or recently completed relevant qualifications. – Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities. – Keen attention to detail. – Highly analytic mindset. – Ability to use initiative and meet strict deadlines. – Capable of working effectively as part of a team.
