Assistance Production Manager

Hays Recruitment is currently hiring for an Assistant Production Manager based in the South East of Kent. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.
Shift Details:
– Schedule: 4 days per week (40 hours total)
– Hours: 4:45 PM – 3:45 AM
– Alternate Saturdays required
– Pay: £16.22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the Production Manager with daily operations, including transport coordination, inventory management, and quality control
– Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely deliveries
– Manage and train production staff
– Prepare and maintain production reports
– Oversee and improve production processes
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience
– Strong knowledge of production processes
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work effectively under pressure
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
