Your new role involves preparing accurate estimates, tenders and cost plans across commercial and retail projects, including strip-out, refurbishment and fit-out schemes. You'll measure quantities from drawings, analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations, prepare pricing submissions and liaise with clients and supply chain partners throughout tender stages. The role also includes conducting site visits, identifying value-engineering opportunities, supporting tender handovers and assisting with cost reviews, variations and budget monitoring.

What you'll need to succeed: You'll bring previous estimating experience within construction, ideally with exposure to commercial, retail, refurbishment or fit-out sectors. Strong numerical and analytical skills, confidence reading drawings and specifications, and the ability to manage multiple tenders to deadlines are essential. You'll be proactive, ambitious, a strong communicator and comfortable using Excel and estimating software. A full UK driving licence is required.
