Your new company is a well-established company based in Co. Derry with over 40 years of construction and civil engineering experience, currently seeking a Site Engineer to be based across sites in Ireland for a major water infrastructure framework.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top employer on a stable Irish-based framework with works just across the border, commutable from South Down / Armagh areas. You will supervise ongoing civils schemes including water treatment works, pumping stations, and new pipe works. Managing small crews of labour, you will be tasked with setting out duties, record keeping, and monitoring health and safety on site.
Covering multiple sites, you will need to be a technically minded individual with site experience and the ability to use setting out equipment such as GPS and Total Station.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be an ambitious individual with a real interest in developing your career with an award-winning Northern Irish contractor.
- Previous site experience in the civils or utilities sectors is required.
- Applicants with previous experience in water projects will be looked upon favourably, particularly within frameworks; however, applicants with experience in other areas within Civil Engineering or Construction are still encouraged to apply.
