ASB Team Leader (6 month temp)
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an ASB Team Leader in Merseyside on behalf of a well-established housing association. This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week and will mostly be office based, but will have flexibility to work from home.
Your new role
- Line management of ASB Officers including performance & attendance management
- Allocating cases to Officers, monitoring workloads and ensuring cases are dealt with effectively & efficiently
- Supporting Officers with more complex & sensitive cases including gathering evidence and preparing documents including Notices
- Auditing and reviewing cases, identifying any improvements and providing reports on KPIs
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders, representing the group at meetings as required
- Participating at multi-agency meetings and working groups
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong understanding of ASB policies, legislation and procedures as well as extensive ASB case management experience
- Experience of preparing legal documents such as notices and other enforcement paperwork
- Capacity to assess workloads, audit processes and implement solutions
- Ability to allocate cases, monitor workloads and prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders including tenants, legal professionals, partner agencies and colleagues
