Senior Quantity Surveyor Projects in Armagh

You will play a key role in the commercial management of live projects, working closely with project managers, site teams, and senior commercial staff. Your responsibilities will include preparing valuations, managing subcontractor accounts, monitoring project costs, supporting tendering activity, and ensuring all commercial processes are carried out in line with company and contractual requirements. You will contribute to accurate forecasting, risk management, and the successful financial delivery of projects.
You should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or civil engineering sector, ideally with exposure to NEC or similar contract forms. Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team are essential.
