Your new role
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving quality excellence across all projects and operations. This is a client-facing position where you will act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes, ensuring full compliance with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced quality professional with a strong track record in a fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate:
