About:
My client are a leading architectural firm known for innovative and sustainable design solutions. They pride themselves on our collaborative work environment and commitment to excellence in every project. They are on the lookout for an intermediate architectural technologist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other technologists to develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and documents using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
