Job Description
You will be joining an award-winning practice based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The practice values company culture and have a close knit team that often attend socials together. With a strong emphasis on quality and functionality, they have experience across various sectors, including transportation, education, community, workplace, housing, and private residential work. Their team collaborates closely with clients to develop project briefs and exceed aspirations.
They are now looking for Architects of all levels to join their practice and help them maintain their award-winning culture.
As an Architect, you will be:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements.
- Creating and refining design sketches and models.
- Conducting research on building materials and systems.
- Attending meetings with contractors and other professionals.
- Reviewing construction plans and making adjustments as needed.
- Managing project timelines and budgets.
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders about project progress
To apply for this position, it is essential that:
- You are qualified to PIII level.
- You have proficiency with Revit.
- You have experience working across all RIBA stages (Desirable)
- You have transport links to Birmingham.
- Have 2 years minimum of UK working experience.
This role consists of an excellent benefits package that includes:
