As Administration Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a busy operational department. Providing confidential and professional administrative support across a range of service areas. Handling telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries from members of the public, businesses and partner organisations. Preparing and issuing correspondence, maintaining records and updating departmental databases. Producing reports, maintaining registers and supporting information management processes. Processing payments, maintaining financial records, raising purchase orders and monitoring expenditure. Assisting with website updates, marketing materials and service publications. Supporting reception services and providing flexible administrative cover across the wider team when required. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English Language at Grade C or above. At least 1 year's administrative experience in an office environment. Experience using computerised information management systems.
