This role will see you operating as a key member of a growing advisory team, focused on solving complex tax challenges and delivering practical, risk-based solutions. The position offers a high degree of flexibility and can be tailored to suit the right individual, with options across full-time, part-time or consultancy arrangements.
- Provide high-quality technical tax advice across a broad range of client matters
- Advise owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients on UK tax issues
- Deliver clear, commercially focused written advice on complex tax scenarios
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities for clients
- Act as a trusted adviser to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Support and mentor colleagues on technical matters where appropriate
- Participate in client meetings and manage selected client relationships
- Contribute to the firm's growth through thought leadership, technical input or business development activity (where desired)
- Play a role in shaping the future direction of the practice

- CTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Significant experience in UK tax advisory work
- Strong technical expertise across one or more areas (e.g. private client, owner-managed business, corporate or international tax)
- A proven ability to deliver high-quality, well-reasoned technical advice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic problem-solving ability
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- A client-centric mindset and a commitment to professional integrity
