Your new role

As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of accounts and delivering an excellent service to clients.Key responsibilities will include:

Preparation of year-end statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limitedpanies.

Assisting with thepletion of corporation tax and personal tax returns.

Preparation of management accounts and supporting schedules where required.

Liaising directly with clients to obtain accounting records and resolve queries.

Supporting senior team members with client assignments and ad hoc projects.

Maintaining accurate client records and ensuringpliance with accounting standards and deadlines.

Assisting with bookkeeping and VAT returns as required.

This role offers excellent exposure to accounts production and the opportunity to further develop your technical knowledge within a supportive practice environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

AAT qualification or be ACCA/ACA part-qualified.

A minimum of three years' experience working within an accountancy practice environment.

Experience preparing accounts for a range of clients, including limitedpanies.

Good working knowledge of accounting software packages and Microsoft Excel.

Strongmunication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach and willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
