Your new roleAs a Tax Disputes Senior Manager, you will lead and manage a portfolio of complex HMRC enquiries and tax dispute cases. Leading civil tax investigations and dispute resolution processesAdvising clients on HMRC correspondence, settlement strategies, and risk mitigationDrafting technical reports and correspondence with clarity and precisionManaging client relationships and mentoring junior team membersCollaborating with directors on business development and thought leadershipStaying up to date with evolving legislation and HMRC practicesWhat you'll need to succeedACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in tax disputes or investigationsStrong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and HMRC proceduresProven ability to manage complex cases and communicate effectively with stakeholdersExcellent report writing and analytical skillsA proactive, client-focused mindset with commercial awarenessExperience in a consultancy or advisory environment is highly desirable.
